AI should improve the work, not blur responsibility.

We treat AI as one tool in a larger product, not as the product by default. It has to solve a clear problem, fit the people doing the work and remain dependable outside a polished demo.

Start with the problem.

We do not add AI to make a product sound current. We use it when it removes a real constraint or enables something that was not practical before.

Keep people in control.

Important decisions stay reviewable. People can understand what the system did, correct it and choose when not to use it.

Protect what matters.

Data access is kept deliberate and minimal. Private information does not become training material simply because a model is involved.

Useful before impressive.

The best AI feature often feels quiet: less repetitive work, a better decision or an interaction that was previously out of reach.
